Alex was an amazing day-of coordinator! From the moment she stepped in, everything ran smoothly and stress-free. She was organized, professional, and always one step ahead, making sure every detail was taken care of so we could truly enjoy our special day. Her calm demeanor and attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind, and she kept everything on schedule without missing a beat. We couldn't have asked for a better coordinator and highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for someone who will make their wedding seamless and memorable!

If you're looking for a team that will go above and beyond to make your day special and stress-free, Desert Flower Events is the ONLY option! They were an absolute dream to work with and hands-down the best vendor we could have partnered with to be our day-of coordinators. Alexandra, Ellie and the team went above and beyond to bring our wedding vision to life. They were organized, communicative, thoughtful, kind and collaborative. They supported all of our silly ideas and shared their expertise to make sure every detail was intentionally planned and our day would run smoothly. Their system of shared planning documents kept all of us aligned and on track with vendors, invoices, schedules, etc. They were also great about timely communication and making sure we followed through on important tasks. From the planning and set-up to the event transitions and tear-down, they demonstrated an expertise that allowed us and our guests to relax and be present - which was our #1 priority for our wedding day! I cannot recommend Desert Flower Events enough! Alex took the lead in the months leading up to my May 2026 wedding. She constantly took stress off my plate with her wedding savvy knowledge, curated the most perfect timeline, and organized everything in a manner that was easy to access and share with others. Alex has connections with many local vendors that saved me money and offered convenience. Alex is so engaging, thorough, quick to communicate, and reliable. She maintained the best communication with all my vendors and I always knew I could depend on her. I cannot express how easy Alex made my life during the often stressful wedding planning process. She shows a genuine love for her brides and what she does. With a leader like Alex, you will be in the best hands! We had Cassandra as our day of coordinator. We just got married on May 29th in McCall. We were so blessed to use Desert Flower (Alex and Cassandra) for the day of coordinating. Alex and Cassandra took the time to meet with us in person about 1 month before the wedding. They asked questions we hadn’t thought of, listened to every detail, and painted a picture of how the day would go. The actual wedding day could not have been more of a success. We had so much confidence in their coordination and we never stressed about the day. If only we could get married again just to enjoy such a perfect wedding with Desert Flower as our coordinator!

We hired Desert Flower events for our wedding ceremony and it could not have gone better! Alex & Audra were so amazing to work with. They are both so kind and detail-oriented, and they made sure everything was covered from start to finish. Alex helped me create a custom coordination package and handled all the admin details, including vendors, timelines, and special instructions. She also helped me pin down all the last minute details that I maybe hadn’t thought of yet. Then, Audra executed everything flawlessly on the wedding day. She helped us put together a smooth, professional flow at rehearsal, set up all of our ceremony decor, made sure guests had parking passes on the day of, and handled the music and processional flow perfectly during the ceremony. She also took care of all teardown and made sure our items were safely transported to our second location for handoff. I cannot recommend Dessert Flower Events enough. These girls are not only the kindest people, but they are incredible at what they do!
